Where we deliver

Velora currently delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

Processing and delivery times

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch, from UK suppliers.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Some remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland) may take slightly longer. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number and link.

Late or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or the tracking shows a problem, email waqasashrafstore@gmail.com and we will sort it out. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
